(wow that picture is really small! no idea how to make it bigger. the stroller is set up a little different while cohen is so little, but this is how it will look when he gets a little bigger.)
Cohen had his 1 month check up last week. 11 and about 1/2 pounds and 23 inches. We grow our boys big. :) He got kicked out of our bed, and is now in his bassinet at the end of our bed. He went from sleeping 6-9 hours straight in bed with me, to now waking up every 3 hours to eat. He usually has one longer stretch sometime in the night, but not 6-9 hours. I know that 3 hours is completely normal for his age but I felt like we were going backwards instead of forwards! He has learned to put himself to sleep in his bassinet so it only takes about 20 minutes to feed him, burp him, and change his diaper then I just have to swaddle him and lay him down and I don't hear a peep from him for 3 hours. I think I would rather have a kid that can put himself to sleep than a kid that takes walking, rocking, etc to fall asleep and then sleeps 6 hours. It will be better in the long run. He is such a easy going baby, we have lucked out with both of our boys. He is starting to be awake and aware more, and he loves to smile. :)
Judah is a wild man! I just can't believe the energy he has! I have started to get a little more serious about potty training. He often wears big boy underwear and gets put on the potty every 1/2 hour or so. We have some successes and some accidents, but I hope he starts getting the hang of it. I assume he won't be potty trained for quite awhile, but I do want him to start to learn what the potty is for. He is definitely in the "tantrum" stage. The drop to the floor type of fits are frustrating to me because I know he does them out of his own frustration. I don't like feeling like I am not able to meet his needs, and I think some of his fits (if not most) are results of communication barriers. The sign language he does know helps some and he knows quite a few basic words, but there are some things he just can't communicate to me and then it ends in a fit. All his animal sounds usually aren't helpful to him when trying to communicate his wants to me. :) Other fits are a lack of him not understanding what I am communicating to him. I try to have patience and understanding with him on these things, but it is still frustrating. And the fits of anger...I could do without. :)

What color are you painting the bathroom?

when you walked downtown with the boys were you able to go into stores with the stroller to??Or was it just for a stroll? My mom told me Landon may be ready to potty train because he keeps bringing me the wipes when he poops. I don't think I am ready..I haven't recovered from Laila!
our strollers look similar! at least they're different colors! :) and i CAN'T imagine thinking of carrying around TWO babies. not for a LONG long time anyways. :) have fun w/that!
