pillows are cool

Every time we walked through the Walmart fabric section Judah would spot the sample Thomas pillow they had hanging. This weekend we were there with my mom and she decided I should make it for him, so they found the fabric and the right size pillow. Judah clung (seriously...clung!) to the fabric the rest of the time we were in the store. :) Yesterday I put it together for him and today he got to try it out for his nap. He's never slept with a pillow before, so I wasn't sure how he would do with it. It looks like he figured it out.

He's had a cough for over a week now that has gradually gotten worse. I am trying to decide if I should take him to the doctors. Normally I wouldn't, but I really don't want him to be sick when Cohen is born. Any suggestions???

I think that I would only take him to the doctor if it seems to be bothering him. We talked about this a little last week..is it still the same cough or is he actually coughing stuff up now? Also, cute pillow and picture!

Love the pillow! Hannah has had a cough for a week and a runny nose off and on.. but no temp so I haven't taken her in because she seems fine. I would say if its just a cough that hasn't changed or gotten worse I would just keep an eye, but if he has other things going on a well and seems to bet getting worse take him in... but really what are they going to do if it's just a cold??

I recently read an article on Dr. Mercola's website that said to put Vick's (vaporub) on the feet of the person with the cough and put socks on them. The cough supposedly stops within five minutes. Now I don't know how many applications it takes, but I am going to try it the next time someone in our family has a cough!
Judah, I am so glad you got your train pillow! You are well loved!
