I have some pretty tough competition though. Liz lets her kids play with shaving cream...that is a pretty cool mom!
Today I thought I would try to win some points. Judah has been really into dipping his food in things. We had some caramel in the cupboard, so I thought I would let him dip his apple slices in it. Sounds cool for a little boy right? Desert for lunch? I thought so.

So here is my advice for the day:
Don't let your kid dip his apples in caramel unless you are prepared to bathe him, yourself (ever try to carry a sticky kid to the bath?), his high-chair, the floor within a 5 foot radius of his chair, and the bathroom (because I didn't know he had a poopy diaper until I took it off, then I had to run for the wipes while he touched everything he could with his sticky hands).
That was a lot of work. I definitely deserve a pay raise.

i would totally give you points! i loved it when my mom would let me have apples and caramel because it didn't happen very often (maybe because of the issue you struggled with...ha)
i love the picture too :)
Oh but the face!! He so thinbks it was worth it!
it's rare to get to see judah's top two front teeth!
sure... you can have the raise.
;)
Wow Caramel would be tough to clean...shaving cream wasn't so bad..but thanks for the shout out! :) I think we all could use a pay raise.
Being able to stay home with your children full time is better than ALL the money I've ever made working full time while my kids are (and have) grown up. (I am so thankful that I never had (or have) the full 8 our plus days at work.). You are blessed to be able to be there.
love Ma
