walkable

This is a interesting website that calculates how "walkable" your neighborhood is. We got a 6 out of 100. No surprise really. I did find out that it is 2 miles to anytime fitness, maybe when I get in shape I can run there and then workout. That would be motivation. :)

0, yes, 0 out of 100.

The strange thing is, Shalisa and I LOVE walking around our neighborhood. One or both of us takes the kids out for a walk probably on average 4 to 5 times a week.

But other than the swing set, there isn't a lot to walk to :p

being right in town, our house got 68 of 100. but, traffic, trails and sidewalks, and the state of repair they are in don't seem to be accounted for. Shelton is exceptionally not pedestrian friendly. (I've only been driving since R started school, so this is a sore sublect. Still.)

Turner Ave gets 71 out of 100. Beat that!! I wonder what the most walkable neighborhood is?

We got only 17 out of 100. I was shocked since there are side walks, not too much traffic, safe neighborhood, lots of other walkers...maybe the high chance of rain lowered the score!!
