The Cruise: Day 2

The second day was our "fun day at sea". Judah and Cohen spent the morning in the kids club. I cannot rave enough about the kids club. The boys had a blast! It wasn't just babysitting they had activities planned all throughout the day for them. And best of all it was free!

This was also the day Cohen dumped chocolate milk on his head... Now let me preface this story by saying that as you know, cruises are all inclusive. So if you want a snack, or a 2nd dinner, or dessert 5 times a day you can have it. I can be pretty strict in what I allow my kids to eat, but had decided on the cruise they could have a free for all. So like most little boys they love chocolate milk. So they had been drinking unlimited chocolate milk. Like seriously, A LOT of chocolate milk. And obviously chocolate milk has sugar which mixed with the excitement of the cruise resulted in some out of control boys. Back to the story, we had lunch on the lido deck, which was quite overwhelming. Several different food stations all serving different food. We never knew where to start. And with 3 kids we couldn't all go at the same time to load up our plates. On this day I had gotten food for myself and the kids while Justin and his mom sat with the boys. Then while me and the boys started eating they went and got their food. So there I am with all 3 boys at the table eating and the boys are super hyper and out of control. Which is always um, fun. And Judah accidentally spills his chocolate milk. No big deal. I give him a napkin and he cleans it up. Then Judah starts chanting to Cohen, "dump your chocolate milk on your head" over and over again. I am attempting to gain control of the situation when Cohen dumped his entire carton of chocolate milk on the top of his head. Fantastic. That was when they got cut off from chocolate milk. (and their behavior was a complete 180 after they were cut off. I had my typical kids back!)

We spent the afternoon at the pool and then me and Judah had a mini-golf date. So fun!

This was our first, of two, formal nights. The boys were looking very handsome in their homemade ties (thanks to Shalisa for the help!).

Judah ordered duck for dinner and Cohen ordered lobster. They ordered off the big boy menu while we were there, one of the perks of an all-inclusive vacation! It was a great time for the boys to try new things!

The boys spent some time standing in our window. This was a popular spot for Jax! I am so so so glad we had an oceanview instead of a interior. It was so nice to be able to be in our room and look outside, there was so much to see on our cruise!

And that night we went to our first show. A band, singing, and dancing - something I imagine a Vegas show would be like. The boys really liked it!
