blueberries are yummy!

Yesterday Shalisa and I went and picked blueberries. Maddie was a great friend to Judah and picked blueberries and put them in his mouth for him. Her hands were a little grubby, and I have to say it brought me great joy to see my little boy with such a messy face. It was a wonderful mess of dirt and squished blueberry. I am so much looking forward to the coming years of a grubby little boy! I was a little disappointed to find that my one hour plus of picking yielded only 3 pounds. We are hoping to get another trip out there when some of the other girls can go too. Maybe without the kiddos this time. :)

Today I searched online until I found the perfect blueberry muffin recipe. I have to say they turned out very yummy. I will definitely make them again. I did have a hard time getting them out of the pan whole. Didn't hurt the taste any though!


Judah has been learning how to make big boy messes in his room! Apparently this morning Crowder thought it was very interesting. It was too great of a photo opp for me to pass up!
