I(with lots of help from my mom) did some canning on monday and tuesday. We did apricots (from the Olympia Farmers Market) and cherries, bing and rainier (we got the cherries in Chelan). I feel like I accomplished something big every time I look at the jars sitting on the table!

Oh yummy those look great. I have always wanted to can things. My mom use to do a lot of canning when I was little.
WOW! Those are so beautiful! I would have a hard time using up all that special fruit 'cause then it'd be gone. Lovely yummy work.
